Out-of-Pocket Costs

Consider both premiums and potential out-of-pocket expenses when choosing your plan. The Base Plan has lower premiums but higher deductibles, while the High Plan has higher premiums but lower out-of-pocket costs.

Network Coverage

All three plans use the CIGNA PPO network including Orlando Health, AdventHealth, and HCA Healthcare. Make sure your preferred doctors and hospitals are in-network.

Preventive Care

All three plans cover preventive care services, office visits, and specialist visits at 100% with no deductible. This includes annual physicals, immunizations, and screenings.

Telemedicine

$0 copay virtual visits available 24/7 through Teladoc Complete Care. Access board-certified doctors, dermatology, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, and expert medical opinions—all from home.
