After receiving a diagnosis that requires surgery or imaging, submit a request via the Get Started link and your dedicated PriceMD Registered Nurse will contact you.
Choosing Your Own Path
After you pick the facility and surgeon you'd like to work with, you will receive a call to schedule your consultation.
Creating a Game Plan
If the surgeon confirms surgery or imaging is needed, the facility will work with you to schedule the procedure.
Getting the Care You Need
Before your procedure, you will present a PriceMD voucher instead of an insurance card. After the procedure, your dedicated RN will follow up to ensure everything was successful.
