Visit the Employee Navigator Registration Page
Go to the Employee Navigator registration website to begin the sign-up process.
Enter Your Company Identifier
Type in the company identifier code: "4 Rivers" (without quotes). This unique code connects you to the correct 4 Rivers Smokehouse benefits system.
Click "Register"
Once you've entered the company identifier, click the green "Register" button to proceed to the next step.
Provide Your Personal Information
Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number exactly as they appear in the company records.
Create Your Login Credentials
Choose a username and create a strong password for your account. Make sure to save these credentials in a secure location.
Complete Your Profile
Enter your email address and mobile phone number. These will be used for account verification and important benefit notifications.
Set Security Questions
Select and answer security questions. These will help you recover your account if you forget your password.
Review and Submit
Review all your information for accuracy, then click "Submit" to complete your registration. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.

After registration, you'll receive a confirmation email. Keep this for your records and follow any additional instructions provided.
Open Enrollment Period
December 1st, 2025 to December 14th, 2025
Make sure to register for Employee Navigator before open enrollment begins so you can make your benefit elections on time. If you're a new hire, you have 30 days from your hire date to complete enrollment.
